Huge furnished master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/2bath apartment located in the heart of West Hollywood near walkable restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops and grocery stores (Whole Foods). The room comes with a garage parking space and the building has a gym and a rooftop BBQ area.
Homey feeling with updated appliances and large common area space (with attached balcony). Also has a new washer and dryer in house. We kindly ask that you do not have a pet.

Application requirements:
* Two forms of income verification are required. For example, 3 current pay stubs and 3 recent full bank statements or tax returns for 2023 (if paid weekly must provide 4 stubs).
* If cosigner is required, they must make 5x’s the rent monthly. They would also submit an application and income documents.
* $50 application fee.
* Rent is due no later than 4th of the month, or 5% late fee is added to the total rent.
