Hi, I’m Faith! 35 year old mature, single female with a mini Australian Shepherd ESA dog who values health & wellness & works hybrid in advertising tech Mon - Thurs in office in Playa Vista & from home on Fridays. Max budget ideally $2K including utilities.

Looking for a like minded female roommate in a similar phase of life to rent an apartment on the West Side preferably in the Santa Monica/Brentwood/Marina Del Ray/Playa Vista or Manhattan Beach area starting next month Aug 2024 but flexible for the right person and space.

About me: I am responsible & clean, love health and fitness, don’t smoke. Respectful of boundaries & good communicator. Positive energy & don’t need to be best friends but would be great to grab coffee and dinner. I love the beach, running, & basically anything active & outdoors. Love to surf when I can & walk my pup :) he is an ESA dog and super sweet & well trained. Gets along great with other dogs and cats. I’m originally from the Midwest and have a Larry David sense of humor. Definitely over the party phase and looking for a harmonious safe home ideally with no overnight guests. I’m an introvert and want my home to be a sunny oasis to come back to. Not 420 friendly but love wine and cooking nights!
