Thirty something single professional female relocating to NYC from Southern California for work! My lease here ends 7/31 so 8/1 ideal move-in date but would break my lease & move sooner for the right spot. Since I’ve never lived in NYC my ideal spot would be in Manhattan like West or East Village with a couple amazing woman in similar life phases. Flexible on lease length ie month to month /6 months/ 1 year (diggz only lets you pick one). Love anything active & outdoors. Usually spend my free time at the gym or checking out new restaurants or concerts. Excited to socialize and meet new people, check out new restaurants, dance, etc. I love the beach but SD moves very slowly & CoVid made me miss NYC energy so I am looking to have fun again. I grew up in the Midwest so I wear my heart on my sleeve but half my family is from the East Coast so I also have a stereotypical sarcastic/sometimes abrasive/witty banter humor & personality. Mature, hard working, responsible, clean, don't bring the party home and looking for a like minded roommate. I have a very sweet 3 year old mini Australian shepherd ESA dog named Murphy, so I’m hoping I can find someone comfortable with a very loving & well-trained dog!
