I currently own a large two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in which I reside alone. I live in University Towers in Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn, one block away from Fort Greene Park.

The apartment is located right by almost every subway line N/R/Q/B/D, A/C/E and 2/3.

The spare bedroom, which would be yours, has its own private bathroom and plenty of closet space. It is also quite large, and has an in wall air conditioner already installed.

The coop has 24 hour security, a package room, outdoor grilling area, fitness center, etc.... No pets, couples, or children.

My apartment is gorgeous with amazing furniture and appliances, including a new dishwasher. Laundry room is on the premises.

About me: I'm a 42 year old male, Manhattan native who works as analyst for the NYC Government. I just got out of a long term relationship, hence the extra space that I'm trying to rent out.

I am an avid reader and an exceptional cook. With my spare time, I hang out with friends, watch TV, go to restaurants and bars.

I have a 65 inch state of the art TV replete with a surround sound system and a PlayStation 5.

I am looking for someone age 30 or older, who is clean and responsible. Rent is $2200 per month. The pictures don't really do it justice (I'm not very handy with a camera). First month rent and one month security deposit required. You would need a credit check as well as proof of income/assets for roughly 40 times the monthly rent. I'd prefer that you sign an annual lease, but can be flexible.
