Hi, the name is Rome. Originally from Manila, but now working as an architect in Manhattan.
Typical Schedule:
My work schedule is usually 9-6, so I'll be gone during the day. You'll see me lounging around the kitchen at night cooking or baking (I love to make low-carb desserts). I enjoy exploring the city, so on weekends, I’ll probably be out and about.
Social Activities:
I do enjoy having some friends (usually 1 or 2 people) over from time to time to play video games with or commiserate over a glass of wine and bourbon. We usually stay in my room to make sure that the common areas are undisturbed. I also enjoy horror movies and love sharing a good laugh over the stupidity of the main characters.
Cleanliness:
Because I cook and bake, the kitchen can get a little messy due to limited counter space. However, I do make sure to clean up afterwards. I strive to make the apartment clean enough for you to have a surprise guest visiting!
Ideal Roommate:
Someone who is responsible, energy conscious (very important), and pays the bills on time. Preferring a member of the LGBTQI Fam, but no worries if not – just be friendly and respectful.

-The place is one block away from the J/M/Z Myrtle Broadway station so this means you can get into Downtown or Midtown Manhattan in about 20-30 minutes. Also, one subway switch (L, A, C) to get to Downtown Brooklyn and Williamsburg/Bushwick Proper.
-The building is 1 block away from the following: gas station, laundromat, pharmacy, hardware store, organic deli, dollar stores
-There’s a ton of cool cafes and bars around within the 2-3 blocks, specifically Happyfun Hideaway, Birdy’s, Little/Baby Skip’s, Rebecca’s
-Located on the 2nd floor out of a 3-floor apartment building (no elevator)
-Common areas furnished (living room set, kitchen shelves, ironing board – no dining set though)
-50” inch screen tv hooked with Hulu, Netflix, and a PS4 (which you are welcome to share with me)

-10 feet high ceilings, lots of natural lights, can fit queen/loft beds
-There is a utility bill due every month (internet + elec + cleaning that roughly translates about $80 - $100 a month)
