I am a recent NYU grad looking for a reasonably priced apartment in the NYC area.
I am extremely clean, organized, and helpful around the house. I keep to myself and honestly will not be in the apartment much at all as I will be balancing a 9-5 during the day with a stand-up comedy career during the night. Pretty much just need a room with a bed in it, I will not be home much except to sleep and possibly early in the day on weekends.
