I’m looking for a female roommate to share my apartment, featuring a spacious room with a private balcony and amazing river and Manhattan views. It is a living room (2 bedrooms and 1 spacious living room with balcony and two bathroom). You will share a bathroom with one roommate. Living room (flex room) is divided with curtains.

- Rent: $1700/month
- Utilities:To be determined based on usage and divided monthly
