Great home in a great neighborhood! I have two dogs (extremely friendly but a little overbearing so you must like dogs). I tend to be a very private person, but ideally would like to live with someone where we get along and can have transparent communication and mutual respect. I work from home (M-F 7am-5pm) so I'm home almost all the time. I prefer visitors to be kept to a minimum and that we talk about it first. No smoking and no drugs!

Clean, but not obsessive about it, I expect that we both clean up after ourselves. I usually pay for a housekeeper to come and do a very thorough clean of the entire house every 1-3 months (this will be something I cover but ask that you prepare for her visit and I'll give you ample notice). I don't have cable, but I do have Philo, HBOMax, Netflix (and very high speed internet). You'll also share the garage with me; it's small but can fit two cars. There's not much additional storage space, but I might be able to move some things around in other parts of the house to accommodate reasonable requests.

As seen in the photos, the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a two-tiered corner desk (albeit a bit beaten up) with a B&W printer, office chair, 2-drawer file cabinet, a little square shelf, trash can. If you don't need any of that I can get rid of it or move it. There's a small closet as well. Down the hall is your bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Aside from the other two bedrooms, feel free to use the rest of the house!
