Looking For a Roommate To Share Summerlin Home

Hi there, I'm looking for a roommate to go in on a lease for a home in Summerlin. I have not leased the home yet and we would both need to apply. I love one that I saw today(3-18-21) so much that I might lease it with a cosigner and find a roommate later. It is in a gated Summerlin adjacent neighborhood in 89108 near Michael Way and Cheyenne with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You would have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet with use of the spare room's closet for storage if need be. The rent does not include utilities which would would split. I'm planning to connect cable and internet and will be bringing flat screen tvs and buying furniture.

You would need to have verifiable income and decent credit(over 650 preferred for this property). I would love to find someone who is free-spirited at heart but also mindful enough to have decent credit and verifiable income who is either not quite ready for a place on there own or who doesn't want to foot the bill to live solo, but might not want to just rent a room from someone. We would be splitting the deposit and application fees aside from the pet fee if you don't have any. I have two cats and a turtle so if you have severe allergies or hate cats, this is not the place for you. Always LGBTQIA friendly and anti-everything that causes pain for others.
