1 bedroom in cozy Bushwick 2 bedroom apartment

I have a bedroom opening up in a 2-bedroom apartment in Bushwick for April 1st. Asking for $1100 which includes hot water. The rest of the utilities (gas, electricity and wifi) would be split halfway monthly. Roommate is moving in with his girlfriend.

The apartment is a 4th floor walk up found directly across the Maria Hernandez park. The room is quaint and comes with a full sized mattress and bedframe (pictured). All other furniture pictured in the room will leave when roommate moves out. A large window lets in soft natural light into the room, and the room features a thermostat. The two bedrooms are separated by a living room and a long hallway so noise doesn't travel much between rooms.

The rest of the apartment comes fully furnished. Washer and dryer unit in the basement. Amazing rooftop with a great unobstructed view of the city.

Located is 1.5 blocks from the Jefferson L train and a 5 - 7 minute walk to the Central M train.

Local nightlife hotspots in walking distance includes House of Yes, Elsewhere, Brooklyn Mirage/Avant Gardner, and there are a plethora of restaurants and bars just a stones throw away.

24 hour supermarket on the corner of block makes groceries and late-night shopping easy.

Looking for a 6 month commitment, and require a full month's security deposit up front. 1st month's rent can be due on the April 1st.

I'm a 30 y/o creative female professional working in the city and love to unwind at home after work. I do get out and about as well, and have friends over on occasion to have dinner etc.

Looking for someone who appreciates a clean, serene and artistic haven, who will bring good energy to the shared space.
