Howdy. I'm a fully employed gay male, I'm a writer and I also work in business affairs for a major studio, so I work during the day Monday - Friday at the office in Manhattan. I don't smoke or drink, haha, but I don't have a problem living with people who do. I'm a minimalist, so I wouldn't be moving any furniture into the common areas like the living room. I don't have any pets. I'm unfortunately allergic to cats. I'm clean, especially when it comes to common areas like the kitchen. I don't own a car so I wouldn't need a parking spot. I'm a movie buff. I've always gotten along great with my roommates, but I also respect personal space and know we all have our own lives we go about. Anything else, feel free to ask!
