Close to supermarkets and coffee, and a welcoming community. Laundry on premises! There's also a locked package room so your packages won't get stolen, and an elevator - no walkup.

Existing roommate is nice, keeps to himself, is a kind introverted gamer. Fantastic at cleaning, everything is always spotless, no issues with dishes or anything. We will consider additional pets; existing roommate has two nice cats. The lease does allow for pets!

Applicant must be approved by management as this is a lease takeover; they'll work with you if your credit is low but it still needs to be above 650 at the lowest. Income over 50k.
