I am moving out of New York and am looking for someone to do a lease takeover for the last three months of my lease (May, June, and July). Rent is $1375 a month for one of the bedrooms in a two bed, one bath apartment. The apartment is really great- located in Flatbush near Ditmas Arms. What would be your room is a large room that gets a ton of sunlight, lots of closet space as well. My roommate will be staying. He is very clean and easy-going, very easy to get along with. He has two super sweet cats. For the application, you will need a credit score of 700 and an annual income of 52,000 to be approved. We will ask that you complete the application and receive approval from management before having you come see the space (I'll send the link if you're interested).
