Khaled I - $3,000/month

Moving to New York spring 2023. Flexible on timing between April and June. Looking to find a 3 bed 2 bath with 1 other roommate. Would like to look in Manhattan (Hell’s Kitchen, upper west side or chelsea).

I have a 3 year old bernedoodle who’s very loving and cuddly. He would not get along with other pets in the house. No expectation for roommate to take care of him but welcome to enjoy the perks of having a dog in the house :). He does not shed, is hypoallergenic and is well behaved.

I would prefer to live with someone who does not work from home. I am a consultant and work from home myself. Would like to use one room as a home office and happy to split the rent 60/40 and pay for the internet. I travel about once a month for a week at a time usually.

I keep my space generally pretty clean but can be a bit messy in my own room. I am otherwise respectful of shared space. I’m gay, don’t care if you are/are not. I’m open, communicative, and appreciate a generally calm home.
