Hello everyone!

I'm Brandon and I work in sales for a company called Singleplatform. I have a degree in economics from the College of William and Mary. I'm a pretty social outgoing guy. I have work from 9-6pm but I often stay later. I'm at the gym 3 days a week too, so I'm not around the apartment too much. On the weekends I go out with my friends. I prefer to keep the common space clean and presentable. 420 is cool with me but not within the apartment.

I'm looking for 3 people to go in on this apartment with me (link below). It's a 3bd that is being flexed into a 4bd. The flex room is still quite large and could fit a king sized bed. The views from the apartment are stellar. The apartment is fully loaded with wash/dryer/dishwasher. 3 balconies + private terrace. Private elevator, etc... You get the idea. It's COOL.
