Hi, we are looking for a new roommate in our luxury doorman building in Chelsea starting Oct 1. The common area and bedroom come furnished. The room is 13 by 12, has a large closet, blackout shades.

Building amenities include a doorman, in unit washer and dryer, gym, rooftop, and Brooklyn Fare grocery store. New Whole Foods opened just down the street.

A little about us: My name is Matt and I am the founder of a real estate company, I am 28 and graduated from Virginia Tech. I have lived in New York for 3 years. I enjoy the outdoors, cycling, Joe Rogan podcasts, and real estate. Jonathan is 25, from Germany, has spent time working in London and now works for a brokerage real estate startup. JP is also in his mid twenties and went to Lehigh University and works in consulting.
