Hello, my name is Dylan. I am looking to fill the second room in my 2BR/1BA apartment in Washington Heights. It is in an excellent location for a student or medical professional at Columbia Medical Center as it is 3 blocks north of CUIMC in a safe neighborhood West of Broadway.
More info about the room is below, but it is TOP FLOOR of an elevator building (no noise from upstairs neighbors!). It is south facing, bright, with two windows. It measures 10' x 15.5'. Bathroom is just across the hall. In-unit washer and dryer in the apartment.
I am an avid cyclist and runner. I am a Columbia P&S alumni currently working in research at NYU. At home I like to keep things quiet and very clean.

Large, bright, South-facing, private bedroom in a top floor 2BR/1Ba apartment of an elevator building. Fully furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed, armoire, dresser, and desk. The bathroom is directly across the hall giving close to an en-suite experience. There is in-unit washer and dryer, as well as bigger card operated machines in the basement. You also have access to a large separate living room and kitchen.
The apartment is located three short blocks from Columbia University Irving Medical Center / New York Presbyterian hospital making a very short commute for students or medical professionals. It is in a safe neighborhood West of Broadway. Both the A and 1 trains are also within three blocks, offering convenient public transportation to the rest of the city. Columbus Circle / Lincoln center are a 15 minute ride on the A train, and 14th St is a 20 minute ride. The 1 train offers quick access to all of the West Side, such as the Columbia main campus which is a 10 minute ride.
