Seeking female to share 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in Lents area - bedrooms on opposite ends, house located in a quiet cul de sac w/ on-site parking

$750/mos - utilities included, on-site washer/dryer, filtered water, central Heat & A/C

The available bedroom has two adjoining rooms and two big closets (A half wall separates the two spaces. To get a sense of the size: I used one side for my bed & dresser and the other side as my office/meditation space.)

NO first/last month or deposit required. Lease is month-to-month, but ideally a housemate would want to stay at least 6 months - 1 year.

Do you like to garden? The cozy backyard contains figs, apples, plums, pears, persimmons, blueberries, grapes, goji berries, and 4 raised beds for growing veggies or whatever suits your fancy!
