It's a homey, welcoming apartment full of space and plants. 5-bedroom apartment, hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, big living room w/air conditioning and Fios/Verizon cable (premium channel package plus DVR), wireless Internet. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, terracotta floors, and 2 bathrooms. Building has an elevator and is a mix of Columbia students and families. Doorman from mid-afternoon to midnight every day. No laundry in building, but there are plenty of pick-up/drop-off or DIY places in the neighborhood that pickup and deliver.
