Charming, furnished room (12 ft x 15 ft) with private entrance, very sunny with 3 big windows.
Huge, clean shared bathroom. Full sized washer/dryer in laundry room within bathroom.
In the room: queen-size bed, furniture as seen in photos, mini-refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware. Linens on request.
High speed Wi-Fi. Cable TV with HBO and Showtime. New flat screen TV, not in photos.
Air-conditioned, great heat in winter
In the loft:
The kitchen borders on my studio area, but moderate use works well. There is a mini-refrigerator and microwave in your room.
One cat lives here, and she does not like other pets.
Price $2000 plus 1/3 share of utilities and supplies which include electric, gas, heat, WiFi, cable, cleaning products, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.
