Hi looking for someone to join our year long lease in July.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, with the second bath being a personal bathroom attached to the room for rent, equipped with shower, toilet, and sink. We are 2 males and are, respectful professionals and down to earth individuals.
The apartment is mostly furnished but if you’re interested in bringing your own furniture we can discuss that.
The apartment is located in Williamsburg about a 1 minute walk from the Grand Street L train, a 5 minute walk to Cooper Park, a 20 minute walk to McCaren Park, and rooftop access with a beautiful view of Manhattan. All rooms have high ceilings and central air (heating and cooling). Stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, video intercom system.
We are going into our second year of living here and have had a positive experience with the landlord throughout the entire stay. A laundromat is attached to the building. Pets are allowed, but we currently do not have any.
Room for rent is 9x10 and fits either a queen or full bed. The first 4 pictures are from prior to moving in the rest are as it currently is.
Rent is $1700.
