I’m looking for a roommate that wants to live in Brooklyn in the neighborhoods near Prospect Park. (Prospect Heights, Prospect Lefferts Garden, Fort Green, Park Slope). I’d like to get a 2 bed 2 bath but sharing a bath is not a deal breaker. My budget is $4200 ($2100 each). Would love to find a place with either shared laundry in the building or in-unit. I'm up for taking over a lease or subleasing for extended time too.

A little about me:

I’m 31, originally from Tucson, Arizona but have lived in NYC since 2019. I went to school both in Chicago and here in the city at FIT. I now work in the architecture and design industry selling natural stone. I work remotely but try to get out of the house most days to do so. I like to go out dancing and to concerts, but don’t bring the party back. I like pilates and yoga classes and walking through the park.

Non-smoker, social drinker. Pet friendly, and I often pet-sit but I stay at their houses, so sometimes you will have the place to yourself! I can be a little messy in my room but always keep shared spaces clean and organized. I’m down to have friends over but not every weekend. I’m slowly getting better at cooking but won’t take over the kitchen. These descriptions feel so awkward but really just looking for someone who I can get along and communicate easily with!
