I’m relocating to NYC to attend NYU. I’m a very low maintenance roommate. I clean up and appreciate a neat living space but I'm also easy going. I will have fixed income while going to school and may also pick up a service industry job so it is possible that I will be working some nights. I like a pretty chill atmosphere at home. I’m friendly, a good communicator, and a respectful roommate. I am very active. I run and/or go to the gym pretty much every day and cook the basics (eggs, chicken, rice, etc.)
