Lovely neighborhood nearby a school.
Property is regularly maintained by the leasing company
Convenient location right near Crown Hill Park, Colorado Mills Mall, 15 minutes from downtown Denver, easy access to I-70 or Route 6, 20 minutes to Red Rocks
$700 a month, + ~150 for utilities
Unfortunately the lease terms are VERY restrictive about the kinds of pets allowed, only small dogs and no cats
