Looking for clean roommate for Sept. 1st move-in for private room in huge beautiful duplex apartment in Williamsburg. The room available has a private balcony, huge closet, lots of natural light, hardwood floors. Room can come fully furnished with queen bed + frame, motorized standing desk, ergonomic desk chair, small dresser and some artwork (all can be removed if you have furniture to bring in). The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished with all cooking items, tools, etc.. There are 3 other roommates (1 girl, 2 guys) and 1 very sweet + quiet dog.

Apartment amenities -- in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, huge backyard space (in addition to private balcony attached to room), 2 living rooms/common areas (upstairs and downstairs), 2 bathrooms, central AC/heat.

Apartment is on 1st floor of the building and the room available is upstairs with decent amount of privacy despite multiple roommates (additional common space and all other bedrooms are downstairs / garden level)

Must pay security deposit in advance to secure room and 1st month rent is due no later than Sept. 1st.
