Come be our new roommate!

One of our roommates got a new job and is moving out. In order to renew the lease we need someone to fill his spot. My other roommate and I are both students at TMU. We are looking for another male, preferably a student like us, to move in and renew the lease with us.

1222-C Shaw Street is the upper unit of a house. It's a 3 bed/1 bath with a kitchen, spacious living room, and a balcony on the roof that faces the CN Tower. Your room is the one pictured, and it is right beside the balcony on the top floor.

We share a laundry room out back with the other tenants of the lower units - who are very nice. Additionaly, we have a parking spot that neither of us use; so if you have a car you're all covered.

The neighbourhood is also great and within walking distance of everything you need.
