Well I'm an artist, very much a homebody, and I'm all about stuff like video games, comics, toys/figures, etc. Basically I consume a lot of media, anything from mainstream pop culture to deeper and less known artsy stuff. I'm currently working on my own comic series in hopes of making that my full time job. It'd be nice to make friends with new roommates, and be able to just watch movies or play games together, or even go out on the town. Since I drive Lyft I know my way around the city, and I don't mind driving out of town for little trips. Typically I'm pretty quiet but I can also be excitable and very friendly. I'm fairly clean, and very good about respecting privacy, since I'm pretty protective of my own.

Seeking TWO PEOPLE to take ONE spare bedroom in cozy Brighton Apartment!
I'm searching for pairs/couples for rent's sake, since $1950/mo three ways is $650/ea.
I consider the apartment pretty nice for a city unit; nice sensible layout, TONS of closet space, amazing neighborhood, and very convenient location. There's a dishwasher and laundry in the basement. The T is literally 2 blocks away, lots of restaurants around, close to BC and BU, etc etc. The neighborhood is very safe and everyone is generally friendly; it's an area populated by students and families with children.
There's no heat or gas bill, only electric and internet. There's a built in AC unit, lots of street parking, and the landlord is pretty hands-off, but pretty reasonable. Also, I prefer non-cigarette smokers, no problem with alcohol or anything like that.
