Looking to fill my bedroom in the UES! Your roommate will be Lindsay, 33. She’s the best roommate! Super quiet, works a hybrid schedule, and is incredibly tidy. Hoping to find someone who also likes to keep things clean.

Your room will be a flex room (wall already up with sliding door). You can easily fit a king size bed, or a Full with plenty of room for a desk. I currently have a queen, two nightstands, a desk, and a table for my tv.
Bonus is that while your room is the flex, you have direct access to the large balcony! And it’s already furnished.

Laundry is on the second floor, the staff and doormen are so amazing, and there’s a fully equipped gym on the third floor.
The kitchen is a full kitchen (full sized appliances) with a dishwasher. You’ll also have control of heating/ac in your room.
