Female Roommate Wanted for Fort Greene 2 Bed w/ Laundry, Dishwasher

I’m looking for someone to sign a lease with me for this apartment in Fort Greene. It has a dishwasher, in-unit laundry and a beautiful kitchen that looks over a large living room & dining room with tons of windows.

The unit looks over a lovely park and is 1 minute to the A/C train and 7 minutes to Atlantic Ave/Barclays which has 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R and the LIRR. The bedroom is 8'3" by 15'7", should easily fit a Queen bed, and includes a closet. The unit has central AC/heating, free WiFi, and access to the unit’s front yard.

About me: I'm a 27/F (she/her), I work at Google in Chelsea, and I've lived in NY for a little over 2 years. I like going out with friends, playing volleyball, trying new workout classes on classpass, and finding new weekend brunch spots. I strongly believe in keeping the shared spaces clean and clutter-free and would love to share the cost of a monthly or bi-monthly maid service if that interests you.

I'm hoping for someone who would want to hang out in the apartment sometimes (drink wine, watch movies & TV, etc) but also understands when I just want to go to my room and chill after a long day. I do not have any pets and ideally you don’t either, but I do occasionally foster kittens for a few weeks at a time, so no cat allergies please!
