Jessica C - $800/month

Hi, I'm Jess and I'm moving to NYC in a few weeks and looking for a private room to rent. I'll be teaching at a charter school in the Bronx and working on an online Master's. I'm originally from Minnesota but have lived/studied in Richmond, VA, Spain, Brazil, Cambodia, and Djibouti. I'm hoping for a somewhat flexible lease length, maybe committing to 3 months initially with the possibility to extend. I'd prefer a private bathroom but am fine to share as well. I'll be working/studying a lot but also exploring the area. I'm happy to be social or not with roommates.
