Hey I'm Gil! My current roommate is moving out of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, so I am looking for someone to fill his spot (for the 6 months remaining on the lease and hopefully more if everything works out)! He's moving out sometime end of May/beginning of June so we can be a little flexible on the exact date.

A little about myself: I'm originally from Long Island, and I am currently working as a quant trader (fully in person). I'm a pretty active and social guy. I enjoy working out, cooking, sports (mainly basketball), swimming, and going for long walks/runs exploring the city. I keep common areas clean and enjoy having a few friends over to hang out. Looking for LGBT friendly. My current roommate and I became good friends and would host dinner parties and game nights between our friend groups--so would be happy for something similar with you!

About the place: Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath apartment in a luxury building. Ideal location right near Columbus Circle (border of Midtown West/Hells Kitchen). We are only a block away from a bunch of subway entrances (ABCD, NQRW, 1) and just two blocks from Central Park! The apartment itself is sizable (over a thousand square ft) and has a master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and second bedroom with an adjacent bathroom in the hall (both with good sized closets). We have a nice kitchen with gas a stove and a dishwasher. In the living room we had enough room for a large sectional couch/tv and seperate area for a dining room table. The amenities for the building are absolutely incredible with a 24/7 doorman and front desk, gym, rooftop indoor pool and hottub, business area, terrace garden, roof deck and seperate lounge area with great views of the entire city including central park.
