Summer subletter wanted for fully furnished two story duplex steps from central park. You’ll be subletting from my roommate, Hayley, but I will still be here when not at work or the gym (which is mostly the time!). You'll have your own room, bathroom, and home office on your own floor, so very private.
The bedroom has a queen bed, and plenty of space, the home office has multiple monitors, a standing desk with a desk treadmill, if desired. Downstairs landing is also outfitted as a home gym with a mounted tv, yoga mats, weights, resistance bands, pilates barre, mirrors, etc.
The bedroom, separate office, and upstairs have individual, well working window units - so you control your own air conditioning.
The apartment has in unit laundry, a back patio with dining table and bbq pit and full kitchen.
The unit is on the first floor of a walk up on a tree lined street steps from Central Park and blocks from the A,B,C and 1,2,3 subway lines, perfect location for Columbia students who also want to be able to easily get downtown.
The neighborhood is super cute (where you've got mail was filmed!) and "neighborhoody". The Sunday morning farmers market at the nearby museum is wonderful, perfect New York experience for the summer!
