Moving from out of state and trying to changes things up, as many people probably are as things have been on pause lately! I'm newly 20 and use he/him pronouns, and I was looking into 'leasebreak' for short-term leases since I'm unfamiliar with the neighborhoods I want to explore more before I commit to a year lease! I'm fully vaccinated and will be looking for a job in a restaurant most likely, and I am unfortunately a hufflepuff. I like cooking, art stuff, interior design, and astrology. Big movie person, slowly becoming a book person, late night person but am pretty quite. I definitely keep pretty clean as well, most importantly in the common areas but otherwise it depends on the day for my room.. Im open to most neighborhoods in Manhattan and maybe Brooklyn, open to hearing opinions!
