Roommate Needed for Awesome Apartment! $1835 + 1 MO FREE

Hi there!

We have a room available in a 3 bedroom (2bed + flex) luxury apartment in Midtown West available March 1st. You can look up the building-- 606 W 57th street. It's filled with amenities: rooftop decks, 24/7 doorman, gym, basketball court, theater room, ping pong/pool tables, etc. You will absolutely love the building.

The apartment is very spacious, floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the Hudson River/via 57th. The room is a real bedroom with a spacious closet and you will be sharing the bathroom with another roommate. Washer/dryer available in unit. Large kitchen with island and ample space in the living room.

The rent is $1835 net on a 16th month lease with an additional last month free ($1950 gross). There’s an amenity fee of $50 (optional) and utilities run about $50/60 per person per month (WiFi and electricity). For move-in the application fee is $20 and you will also be asked to pay one month rent and security deposit.

About roommates:
I'm 32(m) and have lived in NYC for about 5 years. I'm a software developer on a 9 - 6 schedule. Love running, going to live shows, trying new places and food! My roommate (m) is in his 30s as well, works at a financial real estate firm and has a similar schedule. We're both clean, responsible, respectful and considerate.

About you: full time (9 to 6) job (not a student), the building requires a proof of income equal to 45x the rent and excellent credit. You should also be clean, responsible, and respectful.
