Available Room for Rent

Needing new roommate, couples welcome

My current roommate is going to be moving out by November 3rd and I need someone to take over her share of the rent. The apartment is upstairs and comes with a covered parking spot. There are two pools and a couple laundry rooms on the property. I have two cats so please be pet friendly. Couples are welcome, it does change the rent to $470 a person. Rent includes water, trash, maintenance, and Wi-Fi. The electric gets charged separately and will be split evenly between everyone.
