As for living habits, I like to live in a clean space but I'm not neurotic about it. I don't do drugs and don't mind if my roommate does but would prefer not to have that around. I think guests occasionally are fine, just don't want to be running an AirBnB! Generally, I just want home to be quiet and relaxed, a nice escape from the noise and hustle of the city.
