Recently moved from the Bay Area to NYC in October. I am looking for a roommate in my 2br apartment in Kips Bay! In my spare time, I enjoy going out with friends, doing pilates and yoga, and exploring the city. I also love trying out new local bars and restaurants, and I am a big fan of art and music in general.

I keep the apartment very clean and organized, and I clean up any "messes" immediately. I routinely clean bi-weekly (more if I have guests or it is messier for whatever reason).

I am very driven, and I am focused on my career. Therefore, I am looking for a roommate that respects my boundaries. I do not have a set schedule, but I try to go into the office 3 days per week. With that said, I am typically out and about and/or busy on weekdays!

I will be doing some redecorating in the living room after February 1st (new seating, removing cat furniture, adding shelves/art). I am excited for the space to be more fun, and I am excited to share it with a new roommate!
