Need female companion for elderly widow

My 77 year old mother is widowed as of last November. She has a 4 bedroom house and lives alone. I see her every weekend (spend Saturday with her take her shopping cook her dinner and eat with her, spend the day) and I go by in the week after work to take her trash out to the curb and then back up the next day. She is mostly isolated and doesn't drive. She's lonely for normal friendship/companionship, not looking for a romantic relationship. Looking for a normal person- no drugs, no pets, no drama. Looking for someone who is in her age range,(say 60s-80's) who can drive. She's not Looking to charge a lot of rent. She's looking for human companionship and someone who can occasionally drive her to a doctor's appointment or the store. The ideal person would just be someone looking for a place to live that's affordable, and also may be in need of companionship. The person might have some health issues as many elderly do, but also my mother has her own health issues, but she doesn't need a health caregiver, and also isn't looking to be someone else's health caregiver. I will be meeting with any potential renters without my mother first, to discuss the situation and guage personality compatibility and to feel out the person's expectations and intentions.
