Hey! I’m Jake (he/him), and I’m a 29 year old math graduate student at GWU. I’m looking for a roommate to help cover rent, and hopefully become friends, too. I’m a bit on the quiet/reserved side, but I like to think I’m pretty fun once I open up. Interests include tabletop games (Tabletop RPGs, Board Games, Card Games), video games, anime, and music. I’m generally a night owl, and I don’t drink but I’m OK with drinking in the apartment.

Move-in date is flexible around late July/early August. I’m looking for a place near a metro station, and amenities like pool/rooftop lounge aren’t really important to me at all.
