Quiet but friendly, down to earth, and generally easy going. Fairly clean and somewhat neat, mostly with kitchen and bath (I may not make my bed every day but have clean sheets), but I do require mutual respect and basic household responsibility (don't worry, I don't hover and am not neurotic). Widowed, on my own for many years, and value privacy, but not a recluse, enjoy good company and conversation. Have a private garden and enjoy working in the dirt, occasional friends for late supper grilling. Definitely a night person.

Floor through with private garden, ground level (not basement) of four-floor walk-up, building and apartment are very safe, and window bars are on all windows. Surprisingly quiet, private entrance, on quiet street, behind a school so good police patrolling. Full kitchen, great for cooking and baking. Free laundry in building. Neighbors friendly but not sociable.
