Back on the market! Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, my roommate is breaking his sublease at the end of January and I am looking to fill the other bedroom in my two bedroom apartment for a February 1st move-in. The rent is $1350 per month, with all utilities included.
The apartment is located next to City College in a modest walk up building, with laundry. The layout is spacious and allows for an abundance of privacy, as both bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the apartment (with a long hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and living room in between).
The bedroom is large enough to comfortably accommodate a full-sized bed, a desk, and a dresser. However, the closet is a double wide closet with overhead storage and built in shelving, so most have opted to use the shelves as a built-in dresser as well as to satisfy other storage needs.
As for me, I am in my mid 30’s and work from home the majority of the time. I’m a distance runner, originally from Maine. I’ve been in this apartment for 13 years, but originally came to NYC for school and made it a permanent home.
Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested in setting up a time to take a look at the space. Thank you for your interest!
