I am looking for a roommate for my amazing apartment in Bushwick, BK. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Yup you heard that right! You will have your own bathroom and it's ensuite. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen size bed along with dresser, wardrobe etc. The only caveat is that there is no closet but there's more than enough room for a wardrobe to house your clothes. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so unless you have you TV or music on surround sound chances are I won't hear anything. The common area are fully furnished but we can discuss additional furniture if you have any.

I'm looking for someone is CLEAN, respectful of the space and myself and someone who I can be cool with. I don't care how you leave your room or your bathroom, but I am a stickler about the common area i.e. Dishes in the sink and just general clean-up after using the kitchen/living room/dining room. If you spill something whether on the counter, stove, microwave....clean up after yourself. I don't mind guests but I do expect my ideal roommate to communicate who you have over and I always make sure to do the same. I'm not looking for someone who comes with a +1 either. Really looking for someone who treats the space as a peaceful place and doesn't bring the party home.

A little about me- I work in HR for a tech company. I'm pretty much gone all day but when I am home I keep to myself, I'm pretty chill and enjoy listening to music and a good netflix binge. I have friends over once in a blue moon but not that often.

This is for a 3/1 move for a 1 year lease.
