Looking for a room to rent for myself and my 2 cats. I keep to myself for the most part. I don't party and have people over at all. No relationship, no kids. I am seeking the same thing, or something similar in regards to noise and peace. I have a budget of probably no more than $800 not including utilities. I don't prefer to be close to that number but if it's the right fit I would make it work.
