I live in a 3br 2 bath home to share on Eastland st. Patio white fenced in backyard. Sunrm. 3 tvs. I in den I in br. Br is large with nice bed dresser w/ mirror and 2 nightstands.
I am quiet and stay to myself. I don't cook very often and need cleanliness to be a priority. A deposit is required because of the nice furniture. This was my mom's house. It's fully stocked with cookware etc. Looking for quiet housemate with very few guests. I hardly ever use the den with big screen tv. I stay in my room or the kitchen. You will have a very large bathroom to yourself. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Near Greenview hospital and BGHS. Location is prime. I'm a smoker. Only in my bedroom.
