Hello! My name is Molly. I am currently a dance instructor living on the upper east side. As my lease comes to an end, I am looking for a roommate for a more affordable living situation. I am in school online during the day. I am very clean and am looking for a roommate who is clean as well and clean up after themselves. I am normally home during the day when i do schoolwork and quietly workout if there is space for that and teach at night getting back home around 9:30/10. For fun I like watching tv, drawing, going out for food and drinks. I don't have any pets but am pet friendly!
