Hi,
I have a room available in a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Rittenhouse. The condo building is centrally located only a block or two away from most things in center city. In is an amazing location to experience what the city has to offer in a pretty safe neighborhood.
The condo is quite spacious and in a very good condition. The common areas are fully furnished. All the appliances are new and in great condition. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and is quite comfortable for two. The room itself is very spacious with a deep closet. I do have an extra queen size bed and mattress in the room that you can use or I can get rid of it if you plan on bringing your own.
