Hi I'm Alex (they/them). I'm a queer musician currently living in Bed-Stuy with my sweet cat Klaus. I've lived in the city since 2021 and really love the community I've built here.

I appreciate a very clean, cozy, and quiet home, and would love a roommate who feels the same. I'm out of the house about 50% of the time for work, band practice, friend hangs, and dates with my partner. I'm an early riser who loves to make breakfast and coffee in the morning. I like to have my partner sleepover about once a week, but I'm very conscious of noise!

As a musician, I do like to do a vocal warmup once a day for about 5-10 minutes, and sometimes my bandmates will come over to record bass/guitar. I'll always let you know ahead of time! I don't mind guests as long as you let me know beforehand and they're respectful of the space :)

For those wondering about Klaus: He's a little black cat with a heart of gold. Big cuddler. Never goes outside the litter box. Does meow when it's time for dinner (just at me). I pay very close attention to him because he has heart disease and would love to find someone who's willing to keep an eye on him if I sleep at my partner's place (about twice a month).

I'm super happy to put on a movie and gab once in a while. I definitely won't ignore you in shared spaces, but I also value having quiet time to myself when I'm at home.
