Hey! I’m a 30-year-old sub paraprofessional working in education, so I’m on a typical school-day schedule during the week. I’d say I’m pretty balanced — social when it’s the right time, but I also enjoy my quiet and personal space. I keep my living space clean (would rate myself a 7!) and I’m respectful about shared areas and doing my part with chores.
I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t have any pets — and I’d prefer roommates who don’t have pets either.
I’m looking to move in December, with a budget around $1,000/month. I'm open to spots in Astoria, Long Island City, Jamaica, Rego Park, Elmhurst, or around Queens Blvd.
Ideally, I’d love to live with roommates who are a mix of quiet and social — and who also value cleanliness and mutual respect in the home.
