About us: I work at home and own the home. It’s just me and my school aged child, small dog and indoor outdoor cat. Cat is mostly outside. Sleeps and uses bathroom Outside, hangs in yard and comes in to eat and say hi on occasion.
Looking for a roommate that works outside the home to share some

New modern mid century style kitchen, stainless appliances and white quartz counter tops. All modern grey wood and tile floors throughout.
It’s a large house with two living areas. Private pool in backyard. And large yard with large front, back yard spaces— including views of the ocean, bay, islands and Mexico. 805 Freeway HOV park and ride and bus is walking distance. And freeway is less than a mile away. 14 miles from downtown San Diego. Very easy access for your commute. Close to southwestern community college. Lots of parking, we are on a quiet suburban cul-de-sac.
You can have a well trained pet On approval.
Some utilities are included but not all. We can negotiate what is included in 6 month lease.
You will get one non furnished room and shared bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub.
(Shared with house although I have my own private bathroom)
House comes
fully furnished and decorated in designer and vintage Art and furnishings. There is one living room
space that has room for some furniture if you have furnishings.

About us: into art, fashion, photography, We love to cook and have friends over once in a while, but pretty rare. Mostly just hang at home, cook, movies, listen to music, work out and relax by the pool.
