About us: I work at home and own the home. It’s just me and my school aged child, small dog and indoor outdoor cat. Cat is mostly outside. Sleeps and uses bathroom Outside, hangs in yard and comes in to eat and say hi on occasion.

It’s a large house with two living areas. Private pool in backyard. And freeway is less than a mile away. 14 miles from downtown San Diego. Very easy access for your commute. Close to southwestern community college. Lots of parking, we are on a quiet suburban cul-de-sac.
You can have a well trained pet On approval.
Some utilities are included but not all. We can negotiate what is included in 6 month lease.
You will get one non furnished room and shared bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub.

space that has room for some furniture if you have furnishings.

About us: into art, fashion, photography, We love to cook and have friends over once in a while, but pretty rare. Mostly just hang at home, cook, movies, listen to music, work out and relax by the pool.
