Hi, I’m currently a college student looking for a room to rent. I currently stay with family but I would like to branch out and be more independent. I currently pay rent here as well at the price listed above, this price would be great for me but I’m willing to do a little more. As well I’m currently also employed full time so I won’t be much of a bother with my schedule. I really love the outdoors and movies but like the 90’s movies and only the good ones though haha I have really good credit and great recommendations. I do have some friends not a lot I have 2 so a place where I can still have them over is nice but I also understand if not. One of them is technically my cousin haha
