NYC born and raised, looking for a new roommate as my former roommate moved in with his girlfriend.

I work fairly long hours and go to the gym most days, so during the week am generally not around too much. I'm a bit of a night owl, though working on shifting to an earlier sleep schedule. Big fan of midnight snacks, but I try to be very conscious of noise if I'm in the kitchen late at night.

I don't mind clutter all too much (leaving a jacket on the couch or shoes etc. in the living room is fine), but I am very meticulous about food scraps and kitchen cleanliness (I cook a lot). That said, I like to party, so feel free to wreck the apartment for a night as long as it's cleaned up the next day. I'm ok with smoking weed in the apartment, and occasionally with tobacco as well (though I don't smoke tobacco) if kept outside common areas. I'm very drug-friendly as well.

Music is important to me, and I try to play guitar/bass a few hours per week, though I'm happy to use headphones. I expect to have friends over a few times per month, have a girlfriend that will sleep over a couple times per week, and am an avid poker player so hope to host home games often.
